(1) Vendor needs to provide customer relationship management software platform
1. Cloud based
2. Integration with SAP
3. Support major browsers, specifically IE, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome
4. Integrate with University's authentication system, Shibboleth
5. Web-based login/access with VPN
6. CRM must provide for mobile capability
7. The vendor must provide documentation of ADA 508 and WCAG 2.0 compliance.
8. CRM should be completely web based solution and with the majority of the functionality available via a mobile device
9. CRM must provide a single point of access/central portal site/single sign-on authentication
10. CRM must provide an intuitive look, feel, logic and navigation — User friendly system
11. CRM should provide capability to implement your (the offeror) own predictive and augmented analytics, or a clear roadmap of your strategy to get there
12. CRM must be scalability to support thousands of users — (up to 5,000)
13. CRM should provide Reporting and Dashboards for visualization
14. CRM should provide the ability to build reports without IT programming knowledge/background. Reports should be provided in multiple formats. Most reports, if not all, should be viewable on screen with options to download in Excel, PDF, CSV, Word (.doc/.rtf), or API access.
15. CRM should provide interactive and responsive mobile dashboards that provide drill down capability.
16. CRM should provide the ability to build a campaign to include both email and print pieces, and be able to customize who gets what within the campaign based on their source code (high ability, applicant, prospect, inquiry, etc)
17. CRM must provide the ability to rename standard fields, tabs, and objects
18. CRM must provide the ability to have multiple record types
19. CRM should provide the ability to create differing page layouts to assign to record types and not just roles
20. CRM should provide the capability to upload art ifacts or documents in multiple formats including but not limited to Excel (.xlsx, .xls), Word (.docx, .rtf), PDF, text, CSV formats, or API support. Capability to upload image files such as .jpg or .tif
21. CRM must allow the collection, input, and management of data on prospective students, applicants, admitted students, orientation registration, cancelled, rejected and enrolled students. CRM should facilitate communication with students at each stage (prospect, inquiry, applicant, admit, orientation registration, cancelled, rejected and enrolled of the enrollment process. All records of the communication to the student should be easily accessible.
22. CRM must allow for email and SMS communication campaigns, as well as tracking emails/texts sent (open, click, etc.). CRM should have the ability to synchronize to social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snap Chat. etc.) directly. Emails received from another system can be forwarded to the CRM and matched against current records.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 30, 2019.
