Vendor needs to provide commencement photography rights services who will be granted exclusive commercial rights to take graduation commencement pictures and market its packages for sale to graduates,
- Employ professional-level photographers who arrive at least 90 minutes before each ceremony to ensure proper preparation,
- Capture multiple photos of every graduate, the college retains the final decision on the number of photography locations offered to graduates,
- Email each graduate photographed a proof following graduation, along with the opportunity to select from a variety of photo packages, with no obligation to purchase,
- Provide a reasonable price to students and families,
- Fulfil the orders of graduates in a timely fashion,
- Offer a money-back guarantee, ensuring the satisfaction of students and their families, and complete the orders of graduates in a timely fashion,
- Protect the students’ right to privacy by not selling or providing the names and emails of our graduates to any other company for any other purpose,
- Pay the college for photography rights,
- Grant exclusive commercial rights to capture the photographs of the graduates for resale and post-event marketing by email,
- Provide to the vendor the names and email addresses of anticipated graduates prior to the graduation ceremony for the purpose of delivering proof images,
- Place a backdrop with the college logo for the purposes of graduation photography for use of the vendor during the ceremony.
