[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Document Scanning and Indexing Services of documents to PDF files Services for government authority.
(2) Contract period shall be for one (1) base year and it may extend for four (4) additional one year periods.
(3) Services also include: copy pickup, preparation and reassembly of documents and books, microfilm, and oversized drawings, writing to CD-ROM or DVD, packing, and delivery.
(4) Vendor should provide these services for around 12 orders per year, around 840,000 images per year.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
